Investment Objective and Investment Policy
The investment objective is to achieve long-term capital growth while also attaining above the market returns through proactive investment management and fostering the growth of companies in Europe and North America.
The sub-fund commits to supporting early-growth and growth stage enterprises primarily situated in the EEA. The approach encompasses a diverse range of financing methods, including equity, hybrid instruments, project finance, and debt financing all via direct or indirect investments.
Investment Restrictions
The following restrictions apply:
- a) The sub-fund shall invest at least 51% of the investments (excl. liquidity instruments) in unlisted investments of companies with relation to smart infrastructure (including quasi-equity, equity, etc.).
- b) Up to 25% of the sub-fund assets may be invested into debt positions (including bonds, loans, convertibles etc.).
- c) The sub-fund may not acquire investments from sub-funds of the Futurewave SICAV.
- d) The sub-Fund may not acquire shares of sub-funds of the Futurewave SICAV.
- e) At least 80% of the investments (excl. liquidity instruments) are made in companies based in Europe.
- f) Up to 20% of the investments (excl. liquidity instruments) may be invested in companies based in outside Europe.
